How do I claim my money back?

To claim cashback for covered benefits, simply visit your practitioner and receive your treatment as usual. Just ensure that your practitioner is registered with an approved organisation. After receiving treatment, you will pay for it and keep the receipt, which you will need for your claim. You can make all of your claims online.
