Fixed Period and Permanent Exclusion

Report an exclusion here

Both fixed period and permanent exclusions can be recorded online. If recording a permanent exclusion, you will also need to complete and upload the Previous School Information (PSI) form which can be accessed here.

For help and advice on how to use the online system download our online reporting system guidance booklet. This gives you step by step instructions. Your school or academy will have a unique username and password to access the site. If you forget your password, this can be reset on the home page.
