12th - 16th March is national Nutrition and Hydration week. How can you get involved?

The Nottingham CityCare Dietetics and Nutrition Team want to encourage two messages for the week; Staying Hydrated and Nutritious Snacks.

We hope you can champion the week within your school for example by:

  • having classes or assembly’s reminding pupils the importance of hydration and healthy eating,
  • creating a display in school,
  • having coffee mornings for parents encouraging the messages, or
  • encouraging colleagues to set Health Pledges for the week, in order for team members to support and look after each other.
